Montserrat Caballe in Belgrade

One of the world's most famous sopranos of all times Montserrat Caballe will perform in Belgrade on November 6 this year. This is the last chance to hear live one of the largest giant because, at the beginning of the year, Montserrat said that it was time to retire in his 80th year after the tour, which will visit all the places where the previous guest.
Montserrat will be accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra of the Radio Television of Serbia, under the baton of renown Spanish conductor Jose Collado. The guest performers include Haris Dzinovic and opera singer Snezana Savicic, the Belgrade Arena released.
The concert program is divided in two parts. The first part includes arias from the extensive repertoire of Caballe, who in her long and glittering career played over 90 different roles and recorded more than 80 albums, half of which are complete operas.
The second part of the concert encompasses the works of Spanish composers, and according to announcements, the audience is in for special surprises.
During her long and impressive career Montserrat Caballé has sung in over eighty opera roles, from baroque opera to Verdi, Wagner, Puccini and Strauss. Her voice is known for its clarity, precision in control, extraordinary power and versatility. With her charismatic personality and human warmth Caballé has been enchanting her audiences around the world for almost five decades. As the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, she is also known for her charity work.
